Our CEO, Oleg, started MindK with an idea of gathering top talents under one roof to develop high-quality products.
The first visit of Norwegian clients to the MindK development center. Since then, clients often attend in-person meetings at our office.
We moved into our brand new office downtown. MindK set up a web and mobile development lab at Sumy State University to teach a new generation of software engineers.
To share ideas and learn new tools, we started an annual offline conference (UP2IT) and monthly tech talks for the local IT community. 100% of client projects were delivered on time that year.
It’s been a decade since MindK was founded. We launched intensive practical courses for DevOps, PMs, and web developers. Knowledge becomes more valuable as we share it with others.
MindK got listed among 250 companies on the Inc. 5000 Regionals: California 2021. To share technical knowledge gained on projects, our experts held over 25 training sessions for other engineers.
We kept hiring top specialists across multiple locations and allowed them to choose between working remotely, in the office, or being flexible.
